Police log

 

On Sunday, Aug, 28, at 5:30 p.m. a Sanderson Road resident

reported the theft of a baseball card collection from his home. The

incident is under investigation.

 

On Monday, Aug. 29, at 5:06 a.m. officers responded to an alarm

on Woburn Street and found an attempt to enter a gas station.

Nothing was stolen and the matter is under investigation.

 

Other Incidents

 

On Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 9:45 a.m. a two-car accident was

reported at Bedford Street and North Hancock Street. One vehicle

was towed and one operator was cited. No injuries were reported.

 

On Wednesday, Aug. 24, at 5:46 p.m. a two-car accident was

reported at Marrett Road and Prospect Hill Road. Both vehicles were

towed and no injuries were reported.

 

On Thursday, Aug. 25, at 6:47 a.m. medical waste was found

dumped on Bedford Street. The Heath Department was notified for

cleanup.

 

On Thursday, Aug. 25, at 12:27 p.m. a two-car accident was

reported at Route 2 and Waltham Street. One vehicle was towed and

one operator was cited. No injuries were reported.

 

On Friday, Aug. 26, at 9:59 a.m. a two-car accident was reported

at Bedford Street and Harrington Road. One operator was cited and

one was transported to Winchester Hospital.

 

On Sunday, Aug. 28, at 2:15 p.m. an Arlington resident reported

while on the bike path, a white male approximately 65 years old, was

seen exposing himself to passers-by.

 

On Sunday, Aug. 28, at 8:14 p.m. a South Rindge Avenue

resident reported a male in his late teens, early 20s leering at her

through her rear window. The suspect was gone upon the arrival of

officers.
